01Services

Legacy Marketing Group provides professional digital services, including website design, website development, redesigns, graphic design, website maintenance, hosting and related digital marketing solutions.

Services are customized to each client's needs. The specific work being provided will be established through an agreed proposal, invoice or written agreement.

We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our capabilities or business standards.

02Agreed Pricing & Invoicing

All project pricing is discussed and agreed upon between Legacy Marketing Group and the client before work begins.

Once a price has been established, Legacy Marketing Group will issue an official invoice detailing the agreed services, total cost and payment terms.

The final invoice accepted by the client represents the agreed price for the services listed.

No additional charges will be applied beyond the accepted invoice unless the client requests and approves additional services or modifications.

Any changes to the original project scope that affect pricing must be mutually agreed upon before additional charges are incurred.

Payment of an invoice after these Terms & Conditions have been provided constitutes acceptance of the invoiced services, pricing and applicable terms.

03Payment Requirements

Payments are securely processed through Stripe or other approved payment methods.

Payment requirements, including deposits, installment arrangements or full upfront payment, will be specified on the applicable invoice.

Legacy Marketing Group reserves the right to delay starting a project until the required payment has been received.

Completed websites or final deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding project balances have been paid.

Clients are responsible for paying invoices by their stated due dates.

04Refund Policy

Because our services involve customized digital work, refunds are subject to the project's stage of completion.

Before work begins: Clients may request cancellation and a refund of payments made toward work that has not yet started, less any previously approved, non-refundable third-party expenses already incurred.

After work begins: Once development, design or other agreed work has started, payments are not automatically eligible for a full refund. Any refund will be determined based on the work completed, expenses incurred, the agreed project terms and applicable law.

After project completion: Payments for completed and delivered services are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

Client dissatisfaction alone does not automatically entitle a client to a full refund where the agreed services have been provided. However, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate issues involving incomplete or nonconforming work.

If Legacy Marketing Group cancels a project without completing the agreed services, the client will receive an appropriate refund for prepaid work not performed, subject to applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted to info.legacymarketingcompany@gmail.com and will be reviewed individually.

05Monthly Subscription Services

Certain services, including website hosting, maintenance and ongoing updates, may be provided through monthly subscriptions.

The recurring monthly amount, billing frequency, included services and initial billing date will be disclosed and agreed upon before subscription enrollment.

By affirmatively authorizing a recurring subscription, the client agrees to the disclosed recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew according to the agreed billing schedule.

Clients may cancel at any time without an early termination penalty unless a different minimum commitment was explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Services ordinarily continue through the current paid billing period.

Payments for billing periods that have already begun are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise agreed.

06Subscription Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of recurring services by emailing info.legacymarketingcompany@gmail.com or through an available online subscription management portal.

Cancellation requests will be processed without unnecessary obstacles.

Legacy Marketing Group will provide electronic confirmation of cancellation.

Following the end of the paid service period, hosting, ongoing updates, technical support and other subscription services may cease.

Clients are responsible for arranging alternative hosting when necessary to prevent disruption to their websites.

Cancellation of a monthly subscription does not automatically cancel an outstanding development invoice or other previously agreed payment obligations.

07Project Scope & Revisions

The agreed invoice or accompanying written proposal establishes the scope of services purchased.

Website pages, functionality, design requirements, maintenance features and other deliverables will be determined by the agreed project specifications.

Reasonable corrections required to meet the original agreed scope will be addressed without additional development charges.

Requests for substantial redesigns, additional pages, new functionality or services outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees.

Such fees must be approved by the client before additional work begins.

08Project Timelines

Estimated project completion dates are provided in good faith.

Actual completion times may vary based on project complexity, revisions, client responsiveness and third-party services.

Clients agree to provide necessary materials, feedback and approvals in a timely manner.

Legacy Marketing Group is not responsible for delays resulting from missing client information, delayed approvals or circumstances reasonably outside our control.

Any material changes to an agreed delivery deadline will be communicated to the client.

09Website Ownership & Client Rights

Upon full payment of the agreed development fees, clients receive ownership of the original, transferable website deliverables specifically created for their project unless otherwise disclosed and agreed.

Third-party software, licensed assets, proprietary tools and hosting infrastructure remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing terms.

Domain registrations purchased by the client remain the client's property.

Clients may request transfer of their available website files and other transferable assets when discontinuing services.

Reasonable assistance will be provided with website migration. Additional technical migration work may be billed only with the client's prior approval.

10Hosting, Domains & Maintenance

Hosting, domain registration, website maintenance and technical support are separate services unless expressly included in the agreed invoice.

Website hosting and maintenance subscriptions cover only the services disclosed in the selected plan.

An active hosting subscription may be required to keep a website publicly accessible when hosted through Legacy Marketing Group.

We strive to maintain reliable website performance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime or complete protection against every technical or cybersecurity issue.

Clients are encouraged to maintain access to their domain registrations and copies of essential business materials.

11Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and materials for their projects.

Clients must have the legal right to use all supplied logos, photographs, written content, trademarks and other assets.

Clients are responsible for reviewing project deliverables and reporting any inaccuracies before final approval.

Clients are also responsible for obtaining specialized legal or regulatory compliance guidance applicable to their own businesses unless otherwise agreed.

12Third-Party Platforms

Legacy Marketing Group may utilize third-party platforms for hosting, website development, payment processing, analytics and related services.

These platforms may have independent service terms, pricing, technical limitations and availability requirements.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused solely by third-party providers outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law and our contractual obligations.

13No Guarantee of Business Results

Legacy Marketing Group aims to provide high-quality websites and digital services that support our clients' businesses.

However, purchasing our services does not guarantee any particular amount of website traffic, customer inquiries, revenue, sales or search engine rankings.

Business results depend on numerous factors outside our direct control.

14Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Legacy Marketing Group is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or interruption of its services.

Our total liability for claims arising from a particular service is limited to the amount paid by the client for that service during the preceding 12 months, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

These provisions do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

15Nonpayment & Service Suspension

Failure to pay an invoice by the agreed due date may result in a temporary pause of project development or related services.

Legacy Marketing Group will make reasonable efforts to notify clients before suspending active services for nonpayment.

Unpaid development balances remain due for work performed under the accepted agreement.

Where possible, clients will be given an opportunity to resolve overdue payments before services are discontinued.

16Privacy & Confidentiality

Legacy Marketing Group respects client confidentiality and handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Information provided through contact forms, project communications and payment transactions will be used for legitimate business purposes.

Payment information is processed through authorized third-party providers.

17Changes to Terms

Legacy Marketing Group may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Any updated terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

Changes will not retroactively increase pricing or modify the agreed scope of an already accepted project without the client's consent.

18Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
